Please read this document carefully before using the bbkk platform. All terms related to accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

Section 1

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bbkk platform and all services provided under it. By registering an account on the platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

bbkk is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. These Terms define the legal relationship between bbkk and the members of the platform.

Important: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on bbkk, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if found, all related accounts will be closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

  • You must provide your correct name and date of birth.
  • You must use an active mobile number that belongs to you.
  • You must provide a valid email address that belongs to you.
  • If any of your information changes, you must notify bbkk support immediately.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbkk supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
  • Nagad — The mobile financial service of the postal department.
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
  • Bank Transfer — BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳300, and the same limit applies for all payment methods. The maximum deposit amount depends on your account level and verification status.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used to make the deposit.

Please note: Your identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without verification.

3.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the following situations:

  • Until the wagering requirements of an active bonus are met.
  • While an identity verification process is ongoing.
  • If fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
  • If a dispute or complaint is active on the account.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more will give you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making your total balance ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

If you accept the welcome bonus, you must complete a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000. This means bets worth ৳30,000 must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
  • Bonus balance and cash balance will be displayed separately.
  • Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories.
  • It is not possible to hold more than one bonus at the same time.
  • bbkk reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

VIP Program & Benefits

The bbkk VIP program has five levels. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Moving up to a higher level depends on consistent and active participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to your account every week. bbkk reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

  • Creating an account using a false identity or information.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
  • Using a third party's payment method.
  • Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using automated software or bots.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
Consequences: In the event of a Terms violation, bbkk reserves the right to suspend accounts, forfeit balances, and take legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bbkk platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, interfaces — is the intellectual property of bbkk and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without written permission is prohibited.

Game content is owned by the respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, etc.) and is operated under their respective licenses.

Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account, you give bbkk permission to process your personal information in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

  • Modify or cancel promotional offers.

10.2 Member's Rights

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbkk is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by technical errors or server downtime.
  • Interrupted gameplay due to internet connection issues.
  • Errors by third-party services or payment providers.
  • Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or violation of these Terms.
  • Unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances.

bbkk always strives to ensure fair play and is committed to resolving any technical issues promptly.
